We do not bill insurance directly, but provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We are happy to guide you through how to submit for reimbursement. Services are cash-pay, and we accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA.

Tessera Deep-Dive Follow-Up: Extended follow-up to dive deeper into complex issues or address new concerns.
Tessera Refine Follow-Up: Standard visit for ongoing care. Great for refining strategies, adjusting plans, or checking in on progress. Ideal for steady-state maintenance and continued collaboration.
Tessera Check-In Follow-Up: Quick, focused check-ins for simple updates, medication refills, follow-up questions, or accountability touchpoints.
Tessera Insight Consult: A one-time consultation for second opinions, comprehensive health reviews, laboratory interpretation, or focused health questions. If you choose to continue into the Tessera Pathway for ongoing care, the cost will be credited toward the Tessera Foundation Intake fee.
